Community Reinvestment Act
First State Bank Central Texas recognizes that it has an affirmative
obligation to serve the convenience and needs of the community it is
chartered to serve.
Although the bank obtains a portion of its business from customers
located in other areas of Texas, and other states, it is the local
community that the bank's board of directors and management believes
the bank has the greatest obligation to serve. For purposes of the act,
the bank defines Bell,
Burnet, Falls, Hamilton, Lampasas, Llano, Mason, Mills, Travis and
Williamson counties in Texas as its community.
The bank will continue to support minority programs and will make a
sincere effort to identify and provide other credit services needed by
the community. It is the belief of the board of directors that the
purpose of a full service bank is best served through the extension of
all the productive loans its resources permit and opportunity affords,
while remaining consistent with safe and sound operations.
Since it is the desire of the bank to fully serve the credit needs of
our community, the bank is prepared to extend, consistent with safe and
sound operations, the following types of credit.
