per month may be made without a fee assessed. Requires
$400 to open account.
Cost:
No monthly service charge fee if minimum balance during month does not
fall below
$400.00, otherwise a $5.00 monthly service charge fee. Each withdrawal
in excess of 3 per month assessed $5.00 fee.
